Mirena IUD & Antibiotics

Have any of you talked with a doctor/pharmacist about whether or not antibiotics reduce the effectiveness of the Mirena IUD? I've heard either way, and I'll be taking antibiotics for acne plus antibiotics for the tuberculosis infection, so I'm a tad bit worried. I can't have any slip ups right now, and I don't have any other BC options open to me except for condoms which we can't stand.
Oh, and I'll be on these damn antibiotics on my wedding night too...

Hi, the Mirena info sheet says the following:
MIRENA and other medicines
Drugs that decrease the effectiveness of MIRENA in preventing pregnancy include: drugs which induce liver enzymes, primidone, barbiturates, phenytoin, carbamazepine, rifampicin, oxycarbazepine and griseofulvin. If you take drugs that decrease the effectiveness of MIRENA, you may need to take additional contraceptive precautions. Discuss this matter with your doctor.
Even if you are taking any such medicine, you may still be able to use MIRENA. You may need to use another method of contraception while you are taking the other medicine and for 28 days afterwards.
You should tell your doctor if you are taking any medicines over a long period of time (e.g. epilepsy medication).
