Wanting to hear the good, the bad and the ugly.

Thank you for your help.

Progestin-only pills are pretty common among nursing women and women who can't take anything with estrogen.

I had some terrible problems with irregular bleeding the first few months I was on Micronor. It was like a full period every other week for a while. Then things calmed down and I might have a period every other month or so. The good thing was that my moods were very stable on Micronor. I switched after experiencing horrible depression and mood swings on every combination pill I ever tried.

I've used Micronor with no problems or breakthrough bleeding for a couple of months. I don't generally have trouble with progestin only birth control.
Good luck! do you have a new baby? (I'm just being nosey.)
