If a Christian is overcome by some sin, you who are godly should gently and humbly help him back onto the right path, remembering that next time it might be one of you who is in the wrong. ~Galatians 6:1~

My Dear Child,

>Once, Jesus came upon a mob of people. They were about to stone a woman who had been caught in adultery. He turned the mob away by saying, "Let the one who has never sinned cast the first stone." One by one the angry people slipped away. When he was along with the woman, Jesus didn't yell at her or piously quote the Ten Commandments. Instead, with love in his eyes, he turned to her and gently said, "I do not accuse you. Now, you go and don't sin anymore."

My child, when you counsel with someone who has sinned, be sure to speak gently, without condemnation, as Jesus did. Remember, next time you may be the sinner in the scene.

The Lord of Mercy,
