When I first came to the Bookshelf the thing I always posted on was roll call! The format was a bit different, but let's try it out for old times sake.

Becca here, transplanted to New Brunswick from British Columbia. (Spent a couple years in Nova Scotia before moving to Fredericton.)

I really liked "The Fellowship of the Ring." When I tried it after seeing the first LOTR movie, I wasn't patient enough. Now that I've seen "Return of the King," I feel I know the characters much better - and that has made all the difference. Also makes me want to try re-reading other books I skimmed over!

BTW, I've heard about feeling less intelligent in the latter stage of pregnancy. I suppose the baby is benefiting from nutrients in your food as your body gives more priority to the new life inside you!
