Breast pain related to bcp use??...

I just completed my first cycle on the Yaz birth control pill (strictly for treating PMDD, not for bc usage). I have been on the bcp in the past, never had anything like this...
Last night when I went to bed I noticed a very painful area in my right breast. It's localized... it's just in one area, a rather large area, but not TOO large. It's not at all like pre-AF breast pain like I used to have. It's not at all like a tenderness/achiness, and it's not bilateral like normal pre-AF pain.
I tried to feel for a lump or something, I may have felt a tiny something, but am not sure... I have never felt anything in that particular area before.
Is it normal to experience something like this with the bcp? I'm kind of scared. I've had scares in the past, have had diagnostic mammograms/ultrasounds done, always with benign findings. Never had any biopsies or anything like that done.
I just don't think that this would be due to the pill. Wouldn't breast pain from the pill be more like pre-AF pain... achiness, fullness, and bilateral?
