Since I'm on the never ending period while on active pills, I feel that I'm some how confusing my body. Will my body be confused when I stop active pills in a couple weeks to have a period even though I'm already seeming to have one now and then go back on active pills? Is this somehow not good for the body, even though gyn said it is ok to skip periods?
Another question- my gyn said next time around if I get period during active pill then stop and have period. I've learned here on the board that you take 21 active pills before you stop no matter when you start to bleed on active pills. What if like I bleed then stop and am ok the rest of the active pills not bleeding anymore, would I need to go ahead and stop anyway for a period even though I'm trying to skip three months? Follow doctor's orders, right? lol sorry if this is all confusing-- not sure if I typed things out clearly.
Thank you.

The pill-period you get when you stop active pills is really withdrawal bleeding caused by the hormones from your pills being withdrawn.
