Thanks so much for the reply! I really LOVE the ring! It's so easy to use. I love not having to take a pill everyday.. This is the first time I've forgotten to put it in.. I was in a rush to shower and get to the store, and it just totally slipped my mind! Oops! Hopefully all is okay though! ;-) Thanks again!

I don't think a few hours late will hurt you. The gyn told me that the ring actually has about 4 weeks worth of protection in it so even being late a day or two should be fine.

Oh I misunderstood her question. I thought she had the old ring in until a few hours past her normal change time (i.e. she was a continuus user who didn't want a period. I know being hormone free for longer than you're supposed to be is not a good thing and requires a backup method.
