I'm leaving on a vacation to Guam in a few days and I'm not sure when I should take my ortho tri cylen lo pill. I normally take it at bedtime, around 10pm pacific time. There is a 18 hr time difference between here and Guam, they are ahead of our time. Should I just try to take it at my normal time zone time even if that ends up being in the middle of the day?

Thanks for any answers!

Hi,Im no expert. But i would take it in your normal timezone even if it is during the day. Because once you go home, your only going to have to change back again. But im sure that you will get advice from someone more experienced than me :) Good luck.

Thanks for your replies ladies. I think I am just going to take it around 4pm Guam time so there is less changing. It will be a little confusing the first day since the flight is long to get there with a stop in Hawaii first but I'll figure it out. I have a watch that can have 2 different times set on it so I'm going to keep one on my local time and one on Guam time. I'm so excited to go and I appreciate your help since it will make my trip a little easier.
