I just have a question for you ladies...

I'm just finishing up my first pack of Seasonale.. up until about a week ago I had break throught bleeding for a month, started out light, then went to med. then to heavy then back down it was like a normal period just really drawn out haha.. Well I took another week of white pills after I stopped and now I'm taking my pink pills (when i'm supposed to have a period) and I'm not having a period at all... Should I be having a period now? or Is my body done since it just had one for a month? Or should I be worrying about other stuff? HELP! :)

I started Seasonale while on my period and had non stop bleeding (not just spotting) for 13 weeks!!!! I was supposed to be taking them non stop to avoid painful cycle problems, heavy bleeding and menstrual migraines. After some advice from this board, I quit and did the placebo pills for a full week. I had the worst period of my life! I resumed the active pills and have not had even a spot for over 16 weeks.

For my body, starting during my period was a bad idea. If I start to bleed again I will do the placebo pills for a week again. Hopefully without the painful period.

Good luck,

Apricot
