I have been on BCP for alittle over two months, am in a monogomous relationship ( we are each others first and only partners), are both STD free, and are sexually active (duh). I plan to stay on BCP. If we decide not to use a condom anymore or once in a while, is it safe and will i get pregnant if my partner cums inside me?
Thanks

It's a personal decision, but if you are comfortable with the level of protection that the pill provides all by itself, there's no need to use a condom. Some women are always more comfortable using condoms with the pill, but there are a lot of women who use the pill all by itself. It wouldn't be a birth control pill if it didn't prevent pregnancy--that is as long as it's taken properly.

That being said, I've been on birth control for 10 years and only use backup when I'm on antibiotics. No problems, no pregnancy scares, nothing. It's up to you though! Good luck...
