I keep coming back here cuz you guys are so helpful!

Anyway, I had another question. What counts as an actual period? Is there a minimum number of days of bleeding that must occur, etc.? I just never really knew the difference between spotting and an actual period. I just finished my 4th month of BC and I'm on my "period" now, but it's extremely light and it's kinda freaking me out. I know the pill is supposed to make your period light, but this is REALLY light. I just want to know if this is normal or if this could be a sign of something else.

Any help would be appreciated!

If you're on the pill, any bleeding during your inactive week counts as a period, even if it's just a little
