Oversharing! Bleeding that is not normal

Ok here is way too much info but I need some advice and my Dr hasn't gotten back to me (panic is setting in).
I was on the pill (ortho cyclen) for several years and I went off because I got pregnant (user error / stress as a law student). Then I tried Nuva Ring and hated it, then we just used condoms. I recently went back on the pill (Feb. was the 1st month) but I have had irregular bleeding, which has NEVER been a problem for me.
*My first pill (ortho cyclen) was on 2/7 (also the first day of my very regular period)
*I had protected sex on 2/10. Unprotected 2/14
*On 2/18 I missed a pill and took it about 12 hours late
*I started bleeding on 2/20 and it stopped the morning of 2/23
*I had protected sex on 2/24 (but there may have been a condom problem)
*I noticed an bit of ovulation indicating discharge (egg white consistency) on the morning of 2/25, then bleeding that evening
*The bleeding has continued through today even though I have taken every pill on time
*Also, as of 2/25 I have had severe vaginal tenderness
OK, so my last pill is today 2/28. When can I test for pregnancy and be 100% sure that I am not pregnant? After the next week of dummy pills, do I start a new pack? Note: the reason I am concerned is because last time I got pregnant I took 2 pregnancy tests (home and Dr's office) when I was 5 weeks pregnant (both were negative) and continued taking birth control (per Dr's orders) for 6 more weeks and it wasn't until week 11 I found I was pregnant (and that was by a fluke). Could the bleeding from 2/25 on be implantation bleeding? And most importantly, what, if anything, could be wrong with me?
These are really unusual symptoms for me (I have never had breakthrough bleeding or spotting) and I guess I need reassurance that I am ok. Sorry for the long post but I got pregnant on the pill once before and I am really freaked out (I'm on the pill because its not the best time to get pregnant). Thanks to anyone who takes the time to respond.

Hi lawgirl005, welcome!
