ok I have an my 6 week post partum visit tomorrow and I need to get on BC what kind can I take that has low or no estrogen (sp?) in it?

Here's one I actually know the answer to. Have you checked out the kellymom site above? Here is the link to the birth control page. The site has lots of info on breastfeeding and will even have some suggestions to try to increase your supply if you ever need to. (I just got done pumping with last DD a couple of weeks ago.)

If you are interested in not getting pregnant for a few years (2 or more) the Mirena IUD is ok to have and breast feed. It has localized progesterone and is a pretty fool proof method. It's good for up to 5 years but if you keep it at least 2 it's cheaper then the pill.
There is also a mini-pill available that has no estrogen but you must take it exactly or you can get pregnant and some women even get pregnant while taking it anyhow.
