BCP & PCOS

I have been diagnosed with PCOS and have 5 month old twin girls and a 3.5 year old DD. After their birth, I got put on 3 different BCP (Tri-Cyclen, Alesse and Ortho 777) and bleed with all of them. So after 3 months of that, I took Provera and finally stopped bleeding on my 8th day of it... so now 31 days later, I finally started a real AF.
My question is now that I can start BCP again, which do you recommend. I currently have a prescription for all 3 (Tri-Cyclen, Alesse and Ortho 777). I've been told to stay away from the Tri-Cyclen although it worked fine before my kids. I was leaning towards Alesse but was wondering what you all thought or what your experience with these BCPs are??
Thanks!

Hi Jocelyne, welcome!
Jill
I was on the Tri-Cyclen for 3 months, and then got switched to Alesse for 2 weeks, and the Ortho for another 2 weeks...... after the Tri-Cyclen the doc basically just wanted the bleeding to stop. I never had any issues with the Tri-Cyclen before or after my 1st DD's birth, so this was all new to me.
My doc is pretty useless when it comes to PCOS, as I had got diagnosed by an OB/GYN and she is just my family doc. She basically told me to take which ever one I wanted and even she had prescribed all 3 before, she just asked me which one I wanted. I originally choose Tri-Cyclen cause thats what I was on before without any issues..
I'm just hoping to not have this whole issue repeat now that I have been off the BCP for over a month and started a cycle on my own.
Anyways, thanks for the advice. I think I will still with the Alesse.. it seems like the best choice for PCOS right now....
