Off the pill..no period?

Hi ladies!
I decided to go off the pill after my migraines have ramped up in the past few months and having switched bcp's to no avail. I had my tubes tied 3 years ago and I KNOW there is no chance I am pg. I stopped the pill on March 17th, had 2 days of incredibly light spotting on March 20-21 and since then, nothing. It has been so long since I have been bcp-free, but I would think that I should have had a period by now. I dont have any impending doom symptoms yet. After I had my tubes tied I went back on the pill because I was so irregular (every 2-3 weeks I would get it), but this is just wierd. Is it normal to not have it like this after stopping bcp's?
Thanks!

Maybe it's possible that since you had some spotting on March 20-21 you won't have one right away, you're not quite at a month yet. It can take some time for your period to even out again. You said you were irregular before and that might be the case again.

Its normal. Don't worry. After being on the bcp, your body takes a while to get back into the swing of things. It takes a while to adjust. Give it time. Your periods may start off more like spotting, then get more normal as time passes. Similar to the depo provera injection, bcp can have some affect on your cycle for a while after use. But its perfectly normal and to be expected. I'd be happy if my periods stopped, went on the depo and been having my periods for nearly a month now lol x
