Breast cancer and birth control?

Does anyone know what kinds of birth control I can use if my family has a history of breast cancer? I don't need anything else to increase my risks. My BF cannot get off using condoms (we've tried many times), and I want something that we can be spontaneous with. I also don't want anything long term, because we may want to have a baby sometime down the road.

A non-hormonal IUD might be a good option for you. It's highly effective, doesn't have hormones, is quickly reversable, and doesn't require any maintenance other than occasionally checking for the strings.

You can also try to find a practitioner that works with vaginal barriers.
