should i be regular?

I had my first baby (my precious little girl) on February 8th. I had my period 5 weeks ago and according to my pill pack I should have started exactly one week ago and I didnt. Not even a spot. I am nursing at night so I am on the progestrone(sp) pill and I know that it doesnt prevent ovulation and I know it didnt for me. I have ALWAYS been predictable to the second! The only two times I missed a period I was pregnant (first one was a miscarriage). Could I be pregnant again already!! I have been told that nursing causes you not to have your period but I already had one. I am also having the same early symptoms that I had with both pregnancies. Nausea as soon as I probably conceived (and lasted till the second she was born) and I cringe at the thought of sex (even though no one talks about that as a symptom it was for me). I dont want to be taking the pill if I am pregnant so I would like to know what I should do. As soon as my husband gets paid we are going to get a pregnancy test but Im curious till then.

what pill are you on? I know you said your breast feeding. Is it the mini-pill? I know that not all of those kinds of pills have a placebo week so your period really could move around. Also breast feeding can cause you to not be regular.
Are you taking the pill at the same time every day? Most of those min-pills are very picky and you have to take it within 20 min of the same time every day for them to be effective.
It's also common for women to have a few irregular cycles after giving birth.
Or you could already be pregnant. I'd wait 2 weeks from when you think you would have conceived and then take a test it should be accurate by then.
How do you know you were ovulating?
