maybe I am just paranoid

Alright, I think this is my third time posting about this lol. I started my current pill pack a day and a half late. And now dh and I have had sex more this month than we have since our little guy has been born (6 1/2 months ago). I can't remember if it was 1 or 2 weekends after I started the new pack but I had a sharp stinging pain in one side and sore boobs. Then last friday I had bad cramps for a day. So I am (paranoid lol) that could it have been implantation cramps? Was the sore boobs and sharp stinging pain ovulation? Could I be pregnant (AGAIN)? I start the placebo week this coming saturday. That feels like a long time to wait and see if I get the dear old aunt flo.

With my first child I had implantation cramps the day my period was due. In fact I was convinced that it was my period but I never started bleeding. I also had sore boobs. With her I had just started the pill and didn't use backup that first month.
With my second child (concieved 6 months after the first was born) I took (a low dose) the pill within the same timeframe every day. A few days before my period was due I had to pee all the time and thought that it was just like when I was pregnant. I found out a few days later that I WAS pregnant.
With my third child I was not taking birth control but breastfeeding and my period was abnormal. It was usually between 28 to 31 days. What clued me in to pregnancy was that I was irrational and moody and cried about everything. I am not the most rational pregnant person lol.
So the weird cramps and the fact that I cried at a silly tv show yesterday have me a little concerned.

I think I am just venting I can't really think of a question. Except maybe, if you did ovulate due to starting the pill late (or missing one) is there any way to guess when you did ovulate?

Last night I had cramps (like menstral cramps) so bad that I couldn't sleep. But no bleeding. I start the placebo week on friday (before I said sat, brain fart). Is it like my period is trying to break through but since I am still on the hormone pills it can't? or could I be pregnant.
Scared. The weekend can't come soon enough.

My absolute worst fear would be that taking the pill would cause a miscarriage. I mean I am obviously on the pill to try and prevent pregnancy, but in the event that it did happen I would not want to harm the resulting pregnancy and baby.

In every post you respond to you are so nice! You are a good cl.

Anyway, I took a firt response test tonight and it wa -, I am notexpecting my period until sunday anyway, so maybe I tested to early but I thought that if I feel this way and have these symptoms that a testwould pop if I am pregnant. Maybe not. We will see, I start the placebo week tommorrow and expect my period on sunday at the latest so if I don'tget it I will retest next week.

Thanks for always having quick and polite (and even caring) responses.

Well, just wanted to let you know that I got my period and it is even early. I am very glad to have it even if it is never any fun. My doctor commented that when I have a period I really have a period (when I saw him at my 6 week postpartum checkup after my last baby was born). And that is totally true, even on the pill my period seems excessive.
Anyway I am not pregant and very glad.
Thank you for your posts while I was worrying.
