Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo and black tea?

Hi!
Just wondering-I just started drinking tea this week to take a break from my 2-cups-a-day coffee habit. I chose black tea-nothing fancy, just the regular Lipton black tea from the supermarket- and was wondering: does anyone know if 2-3 cups a day of black tea could possibly inhibit the effectiveness of birth control pills? I'm on Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo, if that makes any difference.
I used to take green tea pills a looong time ago, but stopped when I read that any metabolism-accelerating supplements can hinder the effect of the pill. Since green tea can accelerate your metabolism in large doses (such as in pill form or drinking more than 5 cups a day), I stopped. So now I'm wondering about black tea. I know its caffeine content is about 1/2 that of a regular cup of coffee, so I would think it isn't a big deal if I'm only drinking 2 or 3 cups a day, but still figured I would ask, just to be on the safe side.
Anyone have any idea?
Thanks in advance! :)

You pretty much only have to worry about interactions with the pill and prescription drugs and some herbal remedies that you would take in pill form.
