Anyone else on the patch? I'm just wondering where else i can put it... first week i put it under my breast, didn't like it there, cause when i showered the water beat down on it, and it almost came off... second week (this week) its been on my side torso... that's been ok, but where else? I don't really like to look at it in the mirror... so.. my back.. my bum?
Thanks :)

Please check the prescribing info. I’m pretty sure that you are not supposed to put it on your breast. I know the back, up near the shoulders is ok and the lower abdomen and buttocks are also ok. I haven’t used it in two years, so I cannot remember for sure.

I always wore mine on the front down in the bikini area, where it would be hidden by a swimsuit bottom. I alternated sides with each patch. (right side with one patch, left with the next, right with the next…you get the picture.)

Another thing: I would press it down for 20 seconds instead of only a few seconds to get it to stick. Don’t use any lotions on the area before putting on your patch!

Let me know if you have more questions.

i used to use the patch. and the only places you are supost to put it is your butt cheek your upper sholder blade and your lower stomic. I was told not to put it any where else. read your information packet that came in the box it will show you where you can stick it.

I agree--youi should read your patient information (it's the paper that comes with your box of patches from Ortho McNeil).
