Just wondering...

Since I started OTC-Lo in March, I've found it very difficult to imagine that a little pill taken once a day can protect against getting pregnant. I have been taking my pill on time everyday and I know that should protect me against pregnancy, but I just can't comprehend it. Has anybody ever gotten pregant while on the pill and taking it correctly?
My boyfriend and I are still using a back-up method, but I still worry. I'm sure I have nothing to worry about, but it's just hard to comprehend and a pill can stop something like pregnancy from happening. Has anybody else ever felt that way?

I wonder that all of the time! Every time I take that small pill, I think, "How can this pill protect against something so major as a pregnancy?" But, I've been on them since January and so far, so good. It is truly amazing that it works. I can definitely tell it's working in some way, though, because I still feel a little nauseous about 5-6 hours after taking it every day. My periods are also definitely different.
