BC and Pap?

This coming week I'm going for a pap, the first one since I started on OTC-Lo in March. I remember after my first pap, my period was a little weird so I was wondering if that may happen again. My body (I think, my fingers are crossed)is just starting to get used to the pill with a somewhat regular period and I'm hoping it doesn't get messed up by the pap.
While I'm posting, I may as well ask about breast pain and the pill. For the second month in the row, I've had breast pain (like before a period) during the second week of my active pills. Is it just the hormones affecting my body? Since it's the same week for two months in a row, I'm thinking that it's just the hormones, but my mind wanders and then I think I maybe pregnant. (My boyfriend and I are still using condoms even though I'm on the pill and I do take if faithfully on time every night.)
Thanks for any help in advance!

I often have some spotting for a day or so after a pap. I'd just double check with your gyno about it. For me it didn't matter if I was on BC or not I had the spotting. I think it was just my cervix being irritated. (isn't it fun being a woman)
Most women take about 3 cycles to acclimate to a new pill. I would give your body at least 3 full packs before thinking it's going to be a problem. Breast tenderness is a common early side effect but I've read that it goes away for a lot of women.
It's convenient that you're going to the gyno so that you can check about everything though and you'll have your yearly which should include a breast exam.
