We have used a lot of different condoms and I can say on my part the ones I hate the most are the ribbed ones, no matter what brand. They really irritate me. The ones we are currently using are Lifestyles Ultra Thin as well. This is our first time with them but these ones really don't bother me. They are very thin and my husband and I both think they give the best "real feel" that you can get using a condom. I also don't mind the Trojan Her Pleasure ones. My husband says he hates condoms but we still seem to use them an awful lot, which I think is contributed to all of the people we know who have been getting pregnant on the pill, which is probably caused from their lack of attention to taking them correctly but try to tell a man that!
Dh and I aren't big condom fans either, but it's what we're using until I can get an IUD. I agree with the pp about the ribbed condoms. The ribbed and studded ones make me sore so we avoid those. I did go online when I decided to go off the hormonal b/c and ordered a bunch of different condoms. It was from condomdepot.com and it was called the World Best Condom Sampler. I think there is only one brand at the moment at least in the U.S. and it's called: Female Condom. Go figure! They are a bit pricy and as Judie said you need a sense of humor as they can make rude noised while in use. You also have to be careful that if he slips out to guide him back within the sheath to make sure he doesn’t go between the outside of the sheath and your vaginal wall. If you do try the female condom please let us know how you like them.
