Stopping at the end of the pack is a good start. It can take your body a couple months to get back to your normal. If you weren't regular before the pill you won't be after the pill. Some women do conceive right away and there's no reason to wait really IF you wanted to start TTC now ;) Most women find that they have a weird cycle or two though after stopping the pill.
