That's a fun one!

His sense of humor, his compassion, and the fact that he looked at me like an intellectual and not a hot piece of .... ;)

We were friends before we started dating though and he really treated me like a person and not a girl. I wasn't attracted to him for a long time but I woke up one day and realized I could NOT live without my best friend at my side. We've been married almost 8 years now :D

similiar view points, his closeness to his neice and nephew at the time, and the fact that he was a great support system after finding out that my parents' house had been broken into

His intelligence, the fact that we were officers together in a very small honorary society and worked on a conference together, and ...??? He does have beautiful blue eyes but I'm not sure I noticed them at first...

He's smart and curious about a lot of things, he listened and heard what I was saying, and he looked really, really good in his suit ;-)

Just THREE things? :) Let me see... wash board tummy, muscular arms and lots of money. Surely, I jest. He was fun, he centered his world around mine, and I know he truly loved me. And he is still all those things.

Well heck since we're not together anymore maybe this should be a list of things NOT to look for! LOL

At any rate, he was bald. I love bald men.

He was easy to talk with, not just talk to.

He had a sense of confidence about him.

Sheesh. Nope - those are still things I'd look for!

Those are good qualities, and aren't indicative of the man's personality as much, though i do hope the next man in your life is someone you can both talk to & with!
