Skipping the placebo pills for some women can cause symptoms that seem like pregnancy. You're body might be telling you that it doesn't want you skipping them.
I would continue to take your pill normally. Assuming you took it on time, weren't on any antibiotics and didn't vomit or have major diarrhea right after taking any of your pills you PROBABLY aren't pregnant.
