Counting down to June on Ditch the Diet

Sunday March 22, we will begin our 10 week Ditch the Diet Challenge to take us into the month of June!
Since several of us are familiar with Paul McKenna's highly successful weight loss program 'I Can Make You Thin', to begin with, we'll be following the 'Golden Rules' and using the hunger scale outlined in the book. Even if you aren't familiar with the book, you can still join in, since every week we'll be sharing the necessary information on the board.
