Favorite carrier for the baby over 25 lb

What is everyone's favorite carrier for the older infant/toddler? Why does it work for you, and which would you recommend against? I have a mei tai I love, but I am looking for a little variety. My fleece pouch is too stretchy, I just use that when he is sleeping and needs to be held, like when teething. I have another pouch that is cotton, but cuts into his legs no matter how I position him, so I can only do that for very short periods. I still have my trusty old OTSBH, and it works very well too. But are there any others you recommend?

I'm one of those baby carrier addicts....
Noah is now around 27 lbs and the one that I still use the most is our Mama Kangaroo Ring Sling.
I just recently got a Mama Kangaroo Stretchy Wrap which I like and does a really good job of distributing the weight load, but it doesn't have a hip carry option and since that is what Noah likes the most, we use the ring sling more often.
