Hi all-

I am in the process of trying to figure out what to pack on a upcoming trip, I need to pack super light as we will be visiting three different cities and using mainly public transportation between the cities.

Anyway I was debating taking my Ergo with me but seriously even thats bigger than I want to carry around while site-seeing. My ds will be 22 months and will want to walk more than be carried but I'll need the carrier for when he's tired- not taking a stroller.

Does anyone have any other ideas? Something I can stuff in the bottom of a small daypack.

Thanks for any help.
:)

I agree with the pp. When we travel with our DD, who is about 28 lbs, I bring a pouch. Mine is adjustable (it's the Maya adjustable pouch), so either myself or DH can wear her. And it doesnt take up much room in a bag either.

Thanks ladies.

I'll have to check out the different carries for the pouch. I stopped using mine when ds was about 6 months.

I agree--a good fitting pouch sling.

I've seen some AP with older "babies" in a hip sling.
