I just posted what I'm making for dinner and thought we should have a specific thread for it.

At my house, dinner will be peppercorn pork ribs (cooked from frozen 'cause they're a good price with the best butcher in the area), rice and whatever frozen veggies I grab from the deep freeze. Maybe corn?

That sounds yummy Becca.

I picked up some chicken, mashed potato, gravy, biscuit thing while I was at walmart. But then I remembered that tonight our church is doing an Arby's takeover for the missions trip to the Dominican Repulbic. So we will probably have Arby's for dinner tonight.

Oh I am so glad it turned out well Angie. Next I make it I think I am going to do bacon and sausage together and add olives and mushrooms. Maybe another egg or too with all that extra stuff.

I might be making the tuna melt tonight, but since there's a 20% off meat sale at the closest grocery store, we'll check that out this afternoon and I could make something from what I pick up there.

For dinner tonight I am not sure because I have to volunteer for Make-a-wish.

I vote for the chicken strips. ;)

Unless Hubby suggests otherwise, I'm finally going to make the family tuna melt. I'll also make a tossed salad after lunch so it's ready for dinner (since I tend to get lazy by evening or just forget my intention of having fresh veggies).

We are having beef stir fry with fried rice for dinner!!! When I got off work that just sounded really yummy so I ran to the store to get the ingredients.

I made steak 2 nights ago and the kids and I ate it two nights in a row. Mmmmm. We had Rice a Roni and green beans with it.

DH is on a special diet so he is eating different food than we are right now. Luckily, I can prepare about a week's worth ahead of time for him, then he can just grab it.
