I'm actually NOT alone- I've got my 3 kids and my parents, but I'm starting to get that foggy feeling again, like I'm a million miles away from everyone and everything around me. I don't know what's wrong with me anymore.

Sweetie, I know just how you are feeling right now. I'm sending you tons of cyber hugs right now. Although I can't physically be there to help you out, I want you know that I am with you right now. I wish I could offer you more right now. But know that you are being held close in my heart. Hold on hon, it will get better!

I got your post and want to thank you for your reply. It means a lot to me. Talk to you soon.

Peace, Love & Light,

Foggy

Ruth -

I first felt that way the first 2 or 3 weeks I started on Trileptal. I still tend to feel numb when my dose gets increased. It sounds like you're having side effects from your meds. Give it a few days and you'll probably feel better. Or you can call your pdoc and ask him to decrease your meds and then increase you more slowly. This is what my pdoc did when I was becoming dizzy and having headaches from the Trileptal and that has really made a big difference.
