I don't know what to say. How long have you been on the meds? I can't even imagine raising three kids on top of depression. I have to commend you, I think mothers, let alone single mothers, have the most important job in the world.
Can you talk with your parents? Is it you who lives in your own apartment in the basement of your parents house? Can you maybe arrange for the kids to spend time with them when you are feeling like you need to get out? Do you have a therapist?
I recommend getting out for a walk. Exercise gives you time to clear your mind, and the fresh air and sunshine are a great help.
I just wanted to send you some hugs and let you know that I have read your post and I am thinking of you.
Do you parents know of the hard time you are having? It has been my experience that people rarely know what people with depression are going through.
My friend Ashely died from suicide. And eveyone kept saying, if only he felt he could have talked to us, if only I could have done something. Please tell you parents, or whoever how you are really feeling and that you need HELP. Maybe they can think of alternate solutions, or maybe they know someone who knows a doctor. You just never know.
