I AM SICK OF INSOMANIC THEATER!!!

I am so sick of waking up every night in the middle of the night. My days seem to be going along fairly ok but the nights are when I get haunted. The thoughts start going and the voice starts talking and it is making me nuts. I am trying not to go out to my parent's house unless I absolutely have to and I have been trying to do stuff to keep me busy but this insomnia is making me nuts. I am sleep deprevived and if I take naps during the day which I try to avoid unless I am absolutely so tired I can't avoid it then I have trouble sleeping. It is a vicious cycle that doesn't seem to be ending. Just needed to vent. Love and Hugs Andrea

I can relate to the insomnia! I have had to change my body clock around the past couple of days for my new job and I have had only a couple of hours sleep, if that, in 2 days! I also get the panicky, 'unreal' feelings when I'm in bed, but I still feel bad during the day too! I have been drinking Chamomile tea before bed. Not sure if it helps at all, but it can't do any harm. Maybe you could try it?

I have never dealt with such severe insomnia before, but I also find that chamomile tea helps me relax before bed.

I just want you to know that I am thinking of you, and hope things get better, as I am sure they will!!

Hey, I totally can relate to what you're going through. If you figure out a solution let me know. I try not to take naps (even if I need them), or if I absolutely have to, I only take about an hour nap. Also, make sure that you cut out caffene after 6:00, as that seems to help me a little. Other than that, nothing else works for me. So,if anyone has a solution, please share!!
