Good Afternoon Everyone -

I have been catching up on the posts today and thought I would write something to y'all. I have found that a daily routine has really been helping me. The first thing I do when I get up in the morning is do my daily devotional and bible reading. I then take my morning vitamins, fill my water bottle and get on-line to check in. About an hour after I get up I get something to eat. After that, I tackle whatever is on my to-do list. I have been wanting to walk everyday....but haven't done it. I am not kicking myself over it either. With the withdrawl symptoms I just think it was safe to go out walking when I was feeling dizzy and nausea. I have been doing this daily routine since the first of this year and it is working great!!!!

Daily routines help us to get going for the day!!!
