i am sick, and alone and i hate it. the doctor said i have a virus and the temperature, dizziness, sore throat, chest pain, and aches aren't even what bothers me. it is the nauseousness. i don't know if i have told you guys this before, but when i was struggling with depression all of those years something that was caught in the cycle of causing my depression/being cause by it was my horrible stomach aches that would affect my life. at some point as a child, i developed a phobia about throwing up- i will go into a full on panic attack if i think i am about to. so, being nauseous for me is my own personal hell. i am sitting in bed with tears in my eyes because i just can't stand it. the only people that would/could make me feel better aren't here- my mom and best friend are in other cities and my boyfriend is working like 18 hour days and i don't want to get him sick or worried so i won't let him come over. even though the sweetheart just emailed me asking what he could get me to make me feel better when he gets home. ok, i'm done now. i just hate this feeling and what it does to my head too.

((((Voguegirl15))))) Sending hugs and feel better vibes to you sweetie.
I hope that you get better soon hun, let the man come over and take care of you for a bit you never know that may be the thing that makes you feel better.
I am the same way with throwing up I freak out and cry almost like I put into my head that I am too big to throw up or something like that I feel for ya.
I hope that you feel better soon hun, take care of you.

I'm sorry that you are so miserable. I hate being sick! I'm whiny and miserable. I just cocoon, sleeping and taking vitamins and any medicatio that helps until it passes.
I can't stand being nauseous either. But I'm the opposite of you. I'd rather throw up than keep feeling that way. To me throwing up brings relief from the awful feeling of nausea.
I'm sending prayers and good thoughts your way. I hope the worst of this passes quickly. I got sick last month. The worst part lasted a whole week, but it was two more weeks before I felt very strong.
They say that chewing on ginger is supposed to help nausea.
Good luck! I'm pulling for you.
Take Care,
