Hello...I'm new and was wondering something....all my life I have battled situational depression, but I've been able to cope much better in the last several years. I just turned 30 not long ago, and since then I have had some strange changes in my body. I don't think that my hormone levels are like they were before, and my cycles have changed and become very strange. This week I have felt very depressed, so much so that I can feel myself walking hunched over with that weight of the world on my shoulders feeling. I usually take vitamins everyday, but I've skipped for about a week.
Is is possible that hormone changes are causing me to feel this way? I"m fine when I talk to other people that it distracts me from feeling down. Sometimes it's just harder than others to pull myself up and out of it.
Thanks.

Welcome to the board slojuly.
Thanks again.
Hi slojuly,
As I was reading your post, a couple of things came to mind.
Have you ever had your thyroid tested?
