Where can someone get free counseling?

Hi all, just needed to zip in and ask a stupid question. I just got back from getting the results of my psych. eval., and the Dr. said that most people with scores as high as mine are hospitialized. I really need to get counseling. The problem is that I have 3 sons, 2 who are autistic. We pay for services that they should have received through the schools, but the schools refused to provide the services. We have so many medical expenses that insurance doesn't come close to covering. We are supposed to get genetic testing (very expensive), and our 13 yo will need a minor surgery next month. I can't even pay all of my utility bills and the credit card is getting close to being maxed out. I can't hold a job because I have to homeschool my kids, and because the stress I'm under makes me very sick. Reality is that I cannot pay for counseling. Is there somewhere that I can go to get it for free? Even if my husband makes $39,000 per year? The sliding scale price at the community clinic is $42 per visit--I don't have it.

Thanks, "A" in Utah
