I need some input

I have never been so angry in my entire life. Where I work, we have a client, who basically owns our project. There are a total of three different entities who do the work on this project. One is a company who contracts to perform the lab work, our company and the one we subcontract the field work too. Many of my issues in the past few months have had to do with the employee's of our sub-contractor. And I have shared some of those issues with you all.

However today, I had an incident with the other company. The manager of that company, flat out told me not to ever do something again. This was not a request that we change something it was totally phrased as a demand, without even a please or thank you. To quote him "do not ever give these to us this way again" I even told him why we made the change we made last week, because we are having issues with lables and machinary. Now in the final analysis of things this is a really pretty petty thing for him to get upset about. He bluntly told me "I don't care, don't do it again!"

But I have been noticing lately that everything is done the way they want it done. I do not believe that they are at a higher contracted level than we are. We listen to the music they want to listen to. And these are all younger people, less than 30 with a taste in music, I find appalling. I do not want to spend my entire day listening to hip hop or rap or whatever you want to call it, having the same profanity shouted out over and over and over again. In some ways it maybe just because they were here first. They have been on the project since the beginning and we only came on a year or so ago.

Anyway,
