((((((((((ladyirish)))))))))) Im so sorry to hear about your bad day. Well thats great though that your boss is so nice and understanding. I can imagine wanting to crawl in a hole and disappear because of all that work. Try chunking it into little peices and doing a very small amount at a time, look at each chunk and not the big picture. Then it will be going faster than you realize. Take care and rest yourself. Give yourself the gift of a nice hot bath with salts and candles, bye

Try to look at the forest and not the trees. If you concentrate at one specific problem, then anything else will be too overwhelming for you to handle! Look at the 'big picture' or the 'forest'. You should say:

I have work to do. I am also feeling bad. I can work a little and then maybe leave halfway through the day. Or I could take a sick day and bring some work home with me.

If you have this kind of attitude, it won't make your problem go away, but it will make you FEEL better about your problem!

Hun,

I hope that you start to feel better soon....

Have you gone to the doctor about the caughing and the sore on the roof of your mouth?

A friend of mine got an infection of some sort and had sores in her mouth and popped taste buds also, go to the doctor and get checked out ya it sucks to have a pile of work wating for you but it is better to take take of yourself.
