Most of you who know me, know I have a weird sense of humor and am always trying to look on the happy side of things.

Hi Deb, I'm new here but not to depression. I have been feeling all of the things you described as well over the past few weeks, and just like you I had been hiding it from my DH. I'm scared he is going to get sick of me and I'm afraid of being a burden to him. I hate being needy. Honestly though I finally broke down and told him how I was feeling and it has helped. I don't know you so I'll ask are you on any meds? If not maybe you need some, if you are maybe they aren't working for you. Anyway I just wanted to say I understand. (((HUGS)))

It's funny how we can do jobs but when it comes to our own family or self it is a different story. I tend to do this as well with my job. I'm sorry you are having such a hard time, I totally understand.

I'm probably not going to say anything new, but here goes.

First, tell your counselor the truth. He/she can't help you otherwise. It may take a very long time to talk and start feeling better. And has your husband ever gone with you? If he hasn't it would be an excellant idea.

Take care, I'll be thinking of you.

Sweetie, I dont know alot about Bipolar but if things are that bad for you ,, You HAVE to tell your Therapist or Doc hun... Hey you can certainly be Honest and say you dont want to talk about it, but you should at least say you are not doing well at all.

XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXO

Ok, now that you have a little lovin from me...HANG IN THERE GIRL! I know how extremely rough it is for you right now, but hang on, it's gonna be over soon.

I know how you feel about being incredibly lonely. I feel sometimes that the gals and guys on the board are the only "friends" that I have, and to be honest, I need a friend that can HUG me. I know all the thoughts are there, but sometimes you need the concrete evidence. Even though you are in a committed relationship, it's easy to feel "left out" or lonely. I know. I've also known that these feelings come out when I'm not going to therapy or taking meds (I hope you are!).

Just know that this will pass, and we all here know and love you. I feel that we'll be here to help you out, and know that we always will be. I hope you feel better soon, and sorry I can't add more. I'm not feeling so hot these days either. :-(

Lots of love sweetie!
