I haven't been following your story...what is the problem with the dogs? Do they bark?
Listen I totally understand dog issues. I adopted an old Cocker Spaniel with severe SA issues and in the beginning, when I left her home thinking she could handle it, she'd bark the whole time. Some of my neighbors actually LET HER OUT of the backyard...not caring if she gets lost or hit by a car. They did this twice. They also accused my of abuse because of her barking and called animal control.
I totally respect the need for quiet and I like being a good citizen but I've come across meanness when it comes to animals. I learned that some people just don't like dogs and don't really have much tolerance. I've learned it's best to accept them rather than fight it and let them have unreasonable fits if they choose to.
Anyways, I understand having to deal with less than generous neighbors.
about three months ago, we had some people move in down stairs, they seem to think that my two cockapoos and mutt are too loud when then run down the hall.
So sorry trac, i wish i could be there to give you that hug. I am here and will be praying for you. Have faith and you will make it. Easier said than done I know, but you are loved and I that will help.
(((Trac))) Consider yourself hugged! You are a much better person than I am. I would have been dropping the art books on the floor! Hope today is better for you. Debbie

I read that story an dI am still crying my eyes out just thinking about it.
I wish you luck next week at the dentist and I think that you should post that story on your neighbors door maybe that will give them some compassion.
I think I need a hug now after reading that story as soon as I get home I am going to hug and kiss and love my Lola to death.
Erin
I didn't mean to make you cry Erin.
Thanks Sweetie,
A hug from friends is always a big help when you are frustrated.
