Just got off the phone with my mom and she sounds and is doing very well. She is sore, but not in pain. PRAISE GOD!!! As long as she continues to do well she will be released tomorrow(Sat) morning. Thank you all for your prayers!!!
I was just thinking that laughter may be known as the best medicine, but when I had a laparoscopy, laughing made me sore afterwards. Poor Hubby (then a friend and growing to be more as we attended college together) kept unintentionally making me laugh and I had to tell him to stop, yet I found him incredibly amusing and didn't want him to go away. :)
I suppose it would be strange advice to suggest dramas and tearjerkers for your mum's recovery period. ;)

Mom is not much a movie watcher.....but I think she will be watching a lot of the Hallmark channel or Crime type shows.
