Sweetie, I am so feeling that way myself.
We can get through this together.

I have *known* you a long time now. Saying you are a nobody and friendless couldn't be further from the truth. Do you know how many times the things you have posted to me have made a huge impact on how I was feeling? Do you realize how many times you were a bright spot in my day when there were no others? You are a wonderful person Cathy anda valued friend to so many people. You are intelligent and you are the daughter my mother wishes she had. There are many wonderful things about you that are obvious to the people around you. You make a difference in peoples lives Cathy even if it is hard for you to see. I'm here for you anytime you need a friend. You have my email and anytime you need to be reminded that there are people who care you use it.
Love and hugs my dear friend,
~Christy~

Hello,
I know how you feel believe me but we must keep reassuring one another just the opposite of what we are thinking and feeling.
No one is worthless otherwise God would not have put us here. You are not hopeless...feeling helpless maybe, but not hopeless. You are not nothingness. You have thoughts, feelings, a body and soul that needs to be taken care of. You may be lost but with guidence from God and loved ones you will find your way once again. You are obviously not friendless because I've read the posts for you and they are true friends! You are deserving! You deserve happiness, friends and all that you long for and you can obtain them with help and self determination. Everyone is a somebody...not a nobody, and everyone has a purpose. Maybe yours at this very time was to post your message to make others (especially me) post in return because I needed to write these words to help myself as well.
Thank you and God bless,
Tam
Do you have a Cat/ Dog? - I know it sounds cliche and lame- but really- the unconditional love you can give/ recieve from a pet is SO therapautic- just look in their eyes- They love you and dont have all of our silly human problems- and if they sense we feel bad they will curl up by us- Every day for them is just about eating, napping, playing. Its like I will just curl up with my Lily (cat) and just be part of HER day once in awhile. It helped me earlier today - when I was feeling HORRIBLE.
Whats your FAVORITE movie? Or one that moved you?
just pop it in the DVD player- not to watch every second but just to have something on that makes you smile even if youre just doing stuff around the house.
(They don't call them feel -good movies for nothing I guess)
