First I have to thank Barbara for starting this thread. It's been fasinating to read where everyone lives. Such variety! Simone- all I can say is WOW! Netty- Yes I've heard of the Isle of Man, and am looking forward to checking out your website. Chicago rooftops sound really cool too!
I live in middle-class suburbia... Palmer Township, a suburb of Easton, PA. (Home to the Crayola Factory!) I was born and raised in Cranford, NJ. We moved outside a tiny town in PA when I was 13, Millville PA. After college in Scranton, PA, I lived in a few different towns in NJ... Jackson, Trenton, Monmouth Junction, Bound Brook. In 1990, my DH and I moved in together in Easton, PA, due to the better cost of living (NJ is much more expensive, car insurance is like double in NJ). We bought our house in 1992 and have lived here ever since.
I would love to live in a warmer climate. I love the southwest. My in-laws retired to Las Cruces, NM and it's just beautiful there...
