I just need to well just talk tonight because, my husband is leaving tommorrow properly to Iraq...Knock on wood he doesn't .
I am not really sure what to do with my emotions. Most of the day my husband and I laughed and had fun. Then we would get into these fights where we wanna divorce..and then I end up locking myself in our room sobbing my eyes out.
Then when I was putting my sons new "Toy Story 2" movie up for my son. I dropped it on the ground and it shattered. I started to cry. I felt so bad because, my son loves this movie. I know it could be replaced but, I was still sad non the less. My poor son is having his dad leave and now he doesnt have his favorite tape to watch.
I love the benefits in which the Navy has given us but, I hate my husband leaving all the time. The childern are getting older and they are understanding that daddy is gone. I am regarting this cruse because, my son is very attached to his dad right now because, his mom has been a loony bird. And he acts out really bad and it makes me crazy. I am not looking forward to this...at all.
So if any of y'all pray...please send one my way...I need it.
Please everyone have a wonderful holiday.
Hugs,
Beth

I'm so sorry to hear that your husband is shipping out. I hope that the new meds your Pdoc prescribed will help you. Do you have any support of friends while he's away? A church group or something that can help you with the kids? My husband's BIL is in the Air Force. I know my SIL always gets active in her church where ever they are stationed and that helps her a lot. Do you have any friends with pre-teens? I'm guessing money is tight, it usually is in the armed forces. If you need a break, maybe you can get one to "baby-sit" for just a couple of bucks, while you are still in the house. They can play with your son and let you devote some time to your daughter, or get stuff done, or just have some "me-time". It gives you a break and them some experience baby-sitting, and a couple bucks of their own.
I wish I could send you our tape of TS2! But all I can do is send a big hug!
Hang in there! {{{{{{{{{{Beth}}}}}}}}}}
Don't forget to take Mommy time-outs!
