you feel nauseated??? Hello all, I've been battling depression ever

since my cousin passed away unexpectedly. Every since that time I have

been in and out of depression some days up, some days down. I look foward

to the summer when the SUN is intense and you get a break from being

cooped up in the house all winter long. How do folks deal with depression

is there a route besides medication, how do people cope with it??

Please, I need help, some days I am so depressed that I cannot get out of

bed. Help PLEASE..

Thank you.

Hello and welcome....

I am gonna ask a few questions you do not have to answer them if you do not want to.....

Are you on medication?

are you seeing a therapist or a shrink?

For me I work out and do yoga I also take meds and see a shrink and therapist....

it works great for me and has helped me so much, I really do not get so depressed that I can not get out of bed but I do get very emotional I cry ALOT

i GET ANGRY BUT i TOOK mARIAc'S ADVICE AND i BEAT THE HELL OUT OF MY PILLOW....opps sorry for the caps I hit the button sometimes and I dont realize it..

Anyways for me workingout helps me alot it gets me motivated and helps release all the emotions I have inside...

And I also refuse to let the sadness ruin my life I will not let it defeat me in any way shape or form...

I just tell that to myself everyday that I am better than this disease and I am not this disease..

Anyways sorry that I am not making much sense it is an odd day for me today..

I know the other ladies here will have much better advice for you..

Welcome to the board,

It is very hard to have to deal with unexpected events and the death of a loved one is probably one of the hardest to deal with.
