Help for daughter

I am the mother of a 19-year-old daughter - She had been diagnosed with ADD years ago. Since being home for the summer (and I suspect while away at college last winter), she has become more angry, irritable, belligerant, unforgiving, self-centered, accusatory, untrusting - I could go on all day - she finally asked this spring to go back to see her psychiatrist as she realized that she needed something. She was in a relationship that she valued and knew that if she didn't do something, she would lose him. Taking into consideration the time it took for her to get in to see her psychiatrist, she was put on Strattera which was stopped because it didn't help with the anger. She was then put on Wellbutrin XR which she just stopped - stopped for a rash, but I think it was making her worse (her boyfriend agreed with me). She has started her first Effexor XR today. Over the years, she has been on Ritalin, Adderal, Depakote, Zoloft and Trileptal. The Trileptal seemed to work, but it was not compatible with her birth control, which would create another problem entirely. Because of this, she was immediately noncompliant and refused to take it anymore. I guess what I need to is know that there is someone else out there that has had these problems and has found a solution. She is a beautiful person, but she is getting so depressed because nothing is going right for her - mostly because she is not feeling right. She says she doesn't see anything different in herself, but she is always angry - when her boyfriend calls, she is immediately defensive with him - she always misinterprets what is said to her, becoming angry when someone is maybe only making a comment. An old boyfriend has begun to call her and she is so mixed up right now, I'm afraid she is going to do something with the old boyfriend, even though I think her current friend probably loves her very much. I believe that she loves him too, but she is so confused right now that she is not able to think straight. Any support at all would be appreciated.
