I'm recently unemployed. I just received a job offer to be a file clerk at a doctor's office. There's no real room for advancement with it but its a job with a paycheck. My first reaction is not to take it because I can't go anywhere with it. But I do need a job. Any suggestions? Should I take it and continue looking for another job? Or tell them no?

There are two ways to look at the situation with the job.

Thank you for your thoughts. It is nice to know I'm wanted. And your right, if all else fails I'll use the coin. I just don't really want to be in the area I'm in anymore and I feel like this job wouldn't get me anywhere. Then again, can't move if you don't have money, right?
