Don't know what to do

So this is my first time posting here. I am have had a lot going on in my life right now. I am a full time college student and I have reached my limit. I have one college professor of mine that has beaten me down to the ground and still expects me to function the way that I did at the beginning of the semester. Honestly, I can't do it anymore. Yesterday, I cancelled my practicum about 20 minutes before it should have started, to go to the counseling center on campus. From there, I meet with someone and he deceided that I needed further help and set up a future appointment. And then I was sent to student health to get some antidepressants. I feel better about things, but still not sure if I can finish the semester. I am already thinking about taking next semester off to get myself mentally healthy again.
The thing that I don't know about is that if I should withdraw from the rest of the semester. My grades have fallen from A/B to C/D/F, and I can't take anymore critism from this professor of mine. While we only have a few more weeks in the semester, I have been dealing with this for over a month now. I just don't know if I can do it for a few more weeks.

I guess the only way I know how to look at it is the old "Pros and Cons" list - of completing the semester vs bailing out now. What are the pros and cons of both - e.g. "Will I
