(Some of this is repetition of what you've read before, but please bear with me.

Good Job, that is way AWESOME!!!!! Just one question, what's a fiddler?? I noticed in one of your other posts, you mentioned your fiddler. I was just curious what that meant.

A fiddle player (violinist, outside of Ireland or the Deep South).

WTG Mary!!! I am so very happy for you; you have worked so hard emotionally and creatively to get to this point in your life. You SO deserve something good to happen to you. IN YOUR FACE, JERKS!!! Remember, the best revenge is living well.

I'm going to recommend a book series that you might like. It's called the "No.1 Ladies' Detective Agency" and it's by Alexander McCall Smith. He just spoke in Montreal and he is hilarious! He's of Scottish descent and now lives in Scotland, but was born in Zimbabwe and taught university in Botswana. The books take place in Botswana and are about a wonderful "traditionally built" lady who is married for a brief time to an awful man then starts her own detective agency. I have read three and am addicted! It's not really a mystery book, although there are some mysteries involved. It's more of a look at life, feelings, beliefs...it's another, more positive view of Africa, too, which is nice.

Anyway, I think you might like it.

Best wishes,

Nicola

Mary, I don't come by here very often, but I'm glad I saw your post.
